IT help for small businesses · Phoenix, AZ

Big-company IT know-how, sized for your small business.

I'm Aleksandar Lujic. I've worked in IT for 20 years, almost 16 of them keeping Ticketmaster's systems running. I set up and look after the computers, network, backups and website your business depends on, and I explain all of it in plain English.

Sound familiar?

The problems I usually get called about

"The Wi-Fi keeps dropping."And nobody knows if it's the router, the internet provider or the building.
"I think we're backed up?"Files are copied somewhere, but nobody has ever tried getting them back.
"Everyone uses the same password."And people who left last year can still log in.
"A new hire takes a whole day to set up."Laptop, email, printer and accounts, all by hand, every time.
"Our website is out of date."The person who built it is gone and you can't change it yourself.
"Customers tell us when things break."You find out the booking page is down from an angry phone call.

Services

What I can take off your plate

Pick one thing to fix, or have me look after all of it.

IT check-up

I go through your computers, network, backups and accounts, then give you a short report in plain English with the fixes in order of importance.

Backups you can count on

Automatic backups of the files and systems you can't lose, and a tested restore so you know they actually work.

Network and Wi-Fi

Reliable Wi-Fi in every room, a separate guest network, and a firewall between your business and the internet.

Security basics

Personal logins with two-step sign-in, updates that install themselves, and a checklist for when someone joins or leaves.

Websites and business tools

A website you can update yourself, plus simple tools for forms, bookings or tracking work that replace a pile of spreadsheets.

Ongoing care

I keep an eye on your systems and get an alert when something starts to go wrong, usually before you notice it.

Planning ahead

IT that's ready for where your business is going

Most small businesses buy technology one emergency at a time. I start from your goals instead, like a second location, more staff or taking bookings online, and plan the IT to get you there in sensible stages.

Example plan for a growing office

  1. Now

    Fix what's risky

    • Backups that are tested, not just running
    • Personal logins with two-step sign-in
    • Old staff accounts closed
  2. Next 6 months

    Get ready to grow

    • A network that handles more people and devices
    • A standard laptop setup, so new hires start on day one
    • Shared files everyone can reach safely, in the office or at home
  3. 1–2 years

    Support the big goal

    • A second location connected to the first
    • Online bookings, forms or payments
    • Monitoring that warns me before things break

You get the plan on one page, in plain English, with a rough cost for each stage, so you can budget for it and decide what comes first. We can work through it together, or you can take it and run with it.

How it works

No surprises, no jargon

  1. A free first conversation

You tell me what's going on, and together we make sure it's work I can do well and that we're a good fit for each other. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so, and it won't cost you anything.

  2. A written quote

What I'll do, what it costs and when it'll be done, before any work starts.

  3. The work, then a handover

I do the work and leave you simple notes: what changed, where your passwords and backups are, and who to call.
